Hunan Hechuang Jizhi Officially Unveiled, Boosting Nuclear Industry Intelligent Equipment Industrialization

Recently, Hunan Hechuang Jizhi Technology Co., Ltd. was officially unveiled in Changsha, marking the first scientific and technological achievement industrialization project jointly launched by Hunan High-tech Venture Capital Group and Hunan University. As a key state-owned high-tech enterprise focusing on nuclear industry intelligent equipment laid out by Hunan Province, the company is led by Hunan High-tech Venture Capital Group and strategically cooperates with Hunan University, CNR reported.

Founded in January 2026 with a registered capital of 258 million yuan, Hechuang Jizhi is located in Hunan Inspection and Testing Characteristic Industrial Park. Relying on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from Hunan University, the company has mastered the integrated radiation-resistant hardening technology covering "materials-devices-circuits-testing", establishing a full-chain innovation capability from underlying technological breakthroughs to key functional component development and system integration.

To date, the company has obtained 15 authorized patents and software copyrights, with its products covering multiple core application scenarios in the nuclear industry. It is also listed in Hunan High-tech Venture Capital Group’s key industrial projects as the "seventh chuang", following the previously launched "six chuangs and one da" projects, People’s Network Hunan Channel stated.

In the process of Hechuang Jizhi’s transformation and landing, Hunan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has focused on the province’s industrial development layout, accurately guiding state-owned capital to gather in strategic emerging industries and promoting the efficient transformation of university scientific and technological achievements through an integrated state-owned asset supervision mechanism.

As the only provincial-level state-owned capital investment company in Hunan, Hunan High-tech Venture Capital Group has been focusing on high-tech industries, strategic emerging industries and future industries, continuously promoting the landing and industrialization of cutting-edge technologies in Hunan. "We will take the unveiling as a starting point to accelerate the industrialization of nuclear industry intelligent equipment," said Li Wei, general manager of Hechuang Jizhi.

Nuclear energy is an important strategic support for China to achieve its "dual carbon" goals, and Hunan has long been known as the "cradle of the nuclear industry" and a "meritorious land". Hechuang Jizhi noted that it will serve Hunan’s "Three Highlands and Four New Missions" blueprint, contribute to the construction of the "4x4" modern industrial system, and drive the high-quality development of local high-end equipment manufacturing industry.

The establishment of Hechuang Jizhi not only reflects the effective integration of university scientific research resources and state-owned capital, but also injects new vitality into Hunan’s nuclear industry development, laying a solid foundation for the province to build a competitive nuclear industry intelligent equipment industrial cluster in the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
