Over 20 Computing Power Operators Join National Integrated Computing Power Network Test Platform at Big Data Expo 2026

According to media reports, more than 20 computing power scheduling entities including Hubei Computing Power Technology Co., Ltd under Hubei Big Data Group have formally settled on the monitoring, scheduling, test and verification platform for China’s national integrated computing power network, during the “Data Infrastructure and Data Standardisation” session held within the 2026 China International Big Data Industry Expo. The move lifts the overall capacity for national-level computing power scheduling and operational services.

The national integrated computing power network is listed as one of China’s six major infrastructure networks, forming a flagship project outlined in the 15th Five-Year Plan. Its monitoring and scheduling platform constitutes a core component of this flagship scheme. The platform delivers unified nationwide monitoring, coordinated scheduling and collaborative operation of computing resources. It acts as critical digital infrastructure to accelerate interconnection of scattered computing assets and raise the allocation efficiency of computing power. At present, 1.45 million PFLOPS (FP16) of intelligent computing power falls within the platform’s monitoring scope.

Aligned with the rollout of the national integrated computing power network and local demand for computing infrastructure in Hubei, the computing power technology firm has accelerated the development and operation of Hubei’s computing power interconnection platform since its establishment. Benchmarked against national standards and specifications, the enterprise carries out technical research covering computing power identifier interconnection, heterogeneous computing scheduling, and metering and billing for computing resources. It supports the aggregation and access of general, intelligent and supercomputing resources across Hubei Province.

Hubei has recently obtained official approval to operate as a regional node under the national computing power interconnection framework. As one of the implementing bodies, the computing power technology firm has established links with computing resources in Beijing, Guangdong, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Henan and Jiangxi. Continuous interconnection work enables cross-regional listing of computing products, laying solid groundwork for the national computing power interconnection (Hubei) regional node and integrating Hubei’s computing assets into the nationwide collaborative resource system.

The enterprise will build on its earlier platform construction and operational experience to deepen collaboration with national platforms and industrial ecosystem partners. It will steadily enhance capabilities for computing resource access, unified scheduling and operational services. Further integration of Hubei’s computing power into the national integrated network will streamline the deployment of national computing resources and foster the advancement of artificial intelligence industries.
