China Southern Logistics Boosts Advanced Manufacturing Exports at 139th Canton Fair

The first phase of the 139th Spring Canton Fair, themed “Advanced Manufacturing”, concluded on April 19. Leveraging the advantages of Guangzhou’s air logistics hub, China Southern Logistics precisely met the transportation needs of high-tech and electromechanical exhibits, building a reliable, stable and efficient logistics channel for Chinese brands to expand overseas through full-chain customized services.

Statistics show that during the first phase of this Canton Fair, the volume of high-tech and electromechanical exhibits transported by China Southern Logistics increased by more than 30% month-on-month, fully demonstrating the strong market vitality of China’s advanced manufacturing exports. China.org.cn reported that the 139th Canton Fair, held from April 15 to May 5 in Guangzhou, boasts a record exhibition scale, with 75,700 booths and more than 32,000 participating enterprises, attracting global retail giants such as Walmart, Tesco and Carrefour.

To meet the surging cross-border logistics demand during the fair, China Southern Logistics has continuously increased its global route capacity. China Transportation News Network noted that technological innovation has empowered service upgrading during the fair, with AI intelligent translation technology applied to packing list translation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Relying on the upgrading of the smart cargo terminal system, seamless connection and efficient departure of cross-border packages were realized, providing exhibitors with full-chain integrated logistics support.
