Huahu Airport, Hainan Airport Group and SF Group Sign Strategic Cooperation to Boost Air Logistics
On April 13, Hubei International Logistics Airport Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huahu Airport), Hainan Airport Group Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Hainan Holdings) and Shenzhen SF Taisen Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SF Group) held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony in Haikou. The three parties will carry out all-round and in-depth cooperation focusing on strategic linkage, resource sharing, market coordination and brand co-construction.
China Economic Net reports that the cooperation will promote the implementation of key projects such as freight route expansion, pre-positioned cargo station construction, airport economic zone development and smart logistics upgrading. It aims to efficiently open up the “Global = Hubei = Hainan = Global” air logistics channel, comprehensively improve air freight capacity and industrial added value, and help build a new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation.

At the signing ceremony, Huahu Airport and Haikou Meilan Airport held an unveiling ceremony for a pre-positioned cargo station and jointly launched their tripartite cooperative product — the “Qiong-E Shunda Express Line”. Supported by SF Group’s transportation network, the express line achieves efficient relay and seamless connection between the two hubs.
SF Group, a benchmark enterprise in China’s postal and express industry, has a fleet of 80 all-cargo aircraft, operating nearly 150 flights daily in more than 40 cities and regions, which provides solid capacity support for the express line, Xie Zhi, Strategic Director of SF Holdings, said.
The line enables synchronous access between Ezhou and Haikou, allows Haikou to radiate the whole country through Ezhou, and helps Ezhou connect with Southeast Asia via Haikou. It provides stable and efficient air logistics guarantee for high-value goods such as cross-border e-commerce, fresh cold chain, precision electronics and medical supplies, practicing the cooperative vision of “Qiong-E Hub Linkage · Smooth Delivery to the World”.
People’s Network notes that on the day of signing, the regular freight route between Ezhou and Haikou was officially opened, marking the formal operation of the “Qiong-E Shunda Express Line” and moving the tripartite cooperation from strategic planning to a new stage of substantial implementation and regular operation.
Li Jun, General Manager of Huahu Airport, stated that taking this cooperation as an opportunity, Huahu Airport will closely follow the cooperation orientation of “building bridges, constructing networks and strengthening chains”. “We will deepen tripartite collaboration, promote project implementation, continuously strengthen the function of a professional freight hub, and improve domestic and international air logistics channels,” he said.
This cooperation will help Hubei build a new highland of inland opening up and accelerate its construction as an important strategic fulcrum for the rise of central China, contributing hub strength to the upgrading of China’s air logistics industry and the service of the national dual circulation development strategy.
